Kinstrong developed in Heng Gang Shengzhen since 1987. We enlarged the scales and planted our factory in Hui Zhou in the year of 2021. Our factory obtains 20000m²,with 5 business divisions:
1. Molding Design & Manufacture
2. Injection Part Production
3. Metal Part Stemming Production
4. Metrology Equipment Selling
5. Toys motor production.

Brought in Calibration equipments, Mistustoyo CMM & Quick Vision Install additional sets of Hass CNC machining center.
Upgrade the calibration equipment, roundness tester/roughness tester/Rohs substance tester, Fischer electro plating thickness instrument.
Instroduction of computerize management program.
Developed plant in HuiZhou and upgraded management system MES & Erp. Awarded in IATF 16949.

Maximization the benefit arises from the product costing, both customer and Kinstong share the AV/VE cost analysis for cost formulation. Installation of robot hands to metal stamping department, production quality increases, production cost cut off and promotion for wide range of product designs.
3. Big data management mode: Using ERP and MES factory management system, administrative cost is saved. Data is synchronized to ensure preciseness for management decision making.
